Invesco Vision
2019 - Today
I led design for Invesco Vision, a next-generation investment insights platform for financial professionals. I defined the core user flows, extended our Design System to support complex data visualizations, and shipped features like Personalized Dashboards, Interactive Scenario Modeling, and Smart Recommendations powered by AI. I collaborated closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience, from discovery through launch. The platform delivered actionable insights and elevated the user experience for Invesco’s clients.

UNICEF - 1Mio
2022
To empower vulnerable youth across Brazil, I designed UNICEF’s digital platform for the 1Mio (One Million Opportunities) initiative—focused on connecting young people to jobs, education, and mentorship regardless of their background. I led the vision work, mapped a multi-phase roadmap, and partnered with UNICEF, ILO, and local organizations to define what an inclusive, accessible experience could look like. While the initial launch reached thousands, the design principles and frameworks I established continue to guide future efforts to expand opportunity for marginalized youth nationwide.
Neowrk
2021
This was Neowrk’s pivotal redesign as companies transitioned to hybrid work post-COVID, and I led design across the entire platform—spanning reservations, real-time monitoring, and automation of workstations, meeting rooms, parking, and collaborative spaces. I partnered closely with product, engineering, and early adopter clients to reimagine the workplace experience, guiding the vision for a modern, data-driven solution that simplifies day-to-day management for any company. The design systems and user flows I developed enabled intelligent, seamless management of work hours and spaces, setting the foundation for Neowrk’s growth as a CI&T spin-off and redefining how organizations approach hybrid work.

Led UX design for Google’s multi-year marketing and sales transformation, spanning lead management, campaign taxonomy, and GDPR-compliant workflows. Notable initiatives included streamlining email campaigns across global teams and redesigning core tools to improve efficiency and user experience—setting new standards for operational excellence in Google’s marketing ecosystem.
Montalvo Arts Center
2021
This was Montalvo Arts Center’s first major digital transformation in years, and I led design across the entire website experience—including the new Events Calendar, Artist Residency Showcases, and streamlined Ticketing Flow. I partnered closely with the marketing and programming teams, guiding the overall creative direction and ensuring the site reflected Montalvo’s unique artistic identity. The design patterns and accessibility frameworks developed during this project set a new standard for Montalvo’s digital presence and informed future initiatives to engage the community online.
Estado de Minas
2017
This was Estado de Minas’ most significant digital overhaul to date, and I led design across the entire news platform—including the new Homepage, Personalized News Feeds, and an improved Reading Experience for both desktop and mobile. I worked closely with editorial, product, and engineering teams, guiding the visual and UX direction to modernize the brand while honoring its journalistic legacy. The design systems and content frameworks established during this project not only elevated user engagement but also set the foundation for future digital innovation at em.com.br.
Vrum
2017
With the app, you can access offers from the most significant new and used vehicle classifieds from your phone. VRUM centralizes vehicle classified offers from more than 13 newspapers, as well as offers from thousands of agencies and car dealerships. At the time, they counted on the insertion of more than 4,000 new vehicle offers daily. More than a classifieds portal, VRUM is also a reference for content in the automotive segment, filled with news, videos, information, and technical sheets. The VRUM app brings yet another way to access the offers and content, also available on the internet, printed newspapers, and TV.
